This half day workshop will teach you several methods to make medicine from Cannabis.   With the legalization of cannabis many people are turning to this healing plant for its wide range of healing properties.   We will focus on demonstrating how you can unlock these healing properties and make a number of different medicines at home, in your own kitchen.  Together we will make: Cannabutter for use in edibles, Coconut Canna oil for internal and external use, Infused oils to be used topically for pain and inflammation, Tinctures (to be used internally). Race for REACH

5K walk/run race to support our campaign to raise funds for a new facility which will be a fully accessible community hub in downtown Owen Sound at the historic Grey Granite Club.  As a local charity REACH relies on our caring community to make this dream a reality. Pledge forms are available for pick up at REACH and there are incentives for all levels and medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd race winners.
